We aim to deliver your product(s) as quickly as possible and meet the below dispatch and delivery timescales. Please be aware that we do not guarantee delivery dates in case of any unforeseen delays.
For orders over £50
All orders will be sent free of charge via DPD regardless of how many items you order.
- Order before 2pm Monday–Friday: Your order will be dispatched for next working day delivery.
- Order after 2pm Monday–Friday: Your order will be dispatched the next working day.
For orders under £50
Orders can be sent via Royal Mail at a flat cost of £2.50, or via DPD at a flat cost of £6. This is regardless of the number of items your order. You can select the service you require at checkout.
- Order before 2pm Monday–Friday: Your order will be dispatched for next working day delivery.
- Order after 2pm Monday–Friday: Your order will be dispatched the next working day.
For DPD services, you will receive a confirmation email from DPD once your item has been dispatched. Please note that there are some postcodes where the above timescales may be longer, but shipping charges are the same.

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return an item. Please note that only items purchased directly from Sigma UK can be returned to us. If the item was bought from a photographic retailer, it must be returned there. Please contact the retailer for their returns policy.
Unwanted items
An item can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt provided it is in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us first for instructions on 01707 329999 before sending. Once you have contacted us, the return address is:

The cost of return shipping must be paid for by the customer. We strongly recommend using an insured courier service to return your item as we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. The item cannot be refunded until it is received by us in as-new condition.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, it can be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. After the 28 days is up, some items have a free warranty that will cover any faults, provided the item was originally imported into the UK by Sigma UK. For more on registering a warranty and to claim, visit our Support section.
