We would like to announce that a new firmware update for SIGMA MOUNT CONVERTER MC-11 SA-E and EF-E is now available.

This firmware makes the SIGMA MOUNT CONVERTER MC-11 compatible with the latest firmware of SIGMA’s Global Vision lenses.

For users who own the SIGMA USB DOCK and applicable products listed below, please update the firmware via SIGMA Optimization Pro※.
※ Before updating the firmware using the SIGMA USB DOCK, please ensure you update SIGMA Optimization Pro to Windows Ver. 1.5.0 / Macintosh Ver 1.5.1 or later.

※Before attaching the updated SIGMA MOUNT CONVERTER MC-11 to the camera body, please remove the battery pack from the camera and reinsert.

・It has become compatible with the SIGMA 24-70mm F2.8 DG OS HSM | Art for Canon EF mount, so long as it has the latest firmware Ver.2.05.
・It has become compatible with the SIGMA 40mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art for Canon EF mount, so long as it has the latest firmware Ver.1.01.
・It has become compatible with the SIGMA 105mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art for Canon EF mount, so long as it has the latest firmware Ver.1.01.
