SIGMA UK is absolutely delighted to welcome Colin Prior and Joe Cornish as brand Ambassadors. Colin and Joe are two of the most talented, widely-published and highly-regarded British landscape photographers, and between them have produced some of the most iconic and important images ever taken of the British Isles and further afield. We look forward to seeing more of Colin’s and Joe’s incredible work over the coming months, all shot, of course, on SIGMA optics!
COLIN PRIOR’s passion for photography evolved through a fascination of the natural world and a desire to communicate how he feels about wild places. His distinctive and evocative images have been published as fine art prints, calendars and books across the world. Much of his work is shot in Scotland, but Colin has also documented the landscapes of Argentina, Namibia, Australia, Sri Lanka and, for his latest book, the Karakoram region of Pakistan. Colin uses a range of SIGMA lenses including the 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN | Art and a number of primes from the ultra-portable I series range.

JOE CORNISH has been a professional landscape photographer for more than 35 years. Much of his work is shot on the North York Moors, along the North East coast and in the Lake District, and he runs a gallery in Northallerton. He is widely published, with several books to his name, and runs frequent landscape workshops. Joe is a keen walker and a dedicated environmentalist, and has worked hard to draw attention to the beauty and vulnerability of the natural world. He uses a range of SIGMA optics including the 50mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art, the 85mm F1.4 DG DN | Art and the I series 65mm F2 DG DN | Contemporary.
